Sunset at the Dead Sea
Looking west we found a beautiful sunset coloring the land. A tomato field drinks from the salty water of the Dead Sea. Overlooking the tomato field is a story that wanted to be told. A dusty mattress and a pillow, brown just like the dirt it’s resting on. Two cut up styrofoam boxes are placed perpendicular to the mattress. It seems that last night was a windy night. Too hot for a blanket, too cold to not cover from the wind.
Printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo Giclee paper, 290 g.
40 cm x 30 cm.
