With all the legends that we know lie thousands of others that we do not. This documentary film explores the life of Imtithal Al Jawhari, a native of the old city of Jerusalem who, by sheer dedication to education, became the principal of the first school for girls in Saudi Arabia after being the first woman to graduate university there.

Little know this fact, and she has always wondered why.

Imtithal, a mother of 5, grandmother of 24 and great-grandmother of 15, reflects on her 87 years of life in this film, giving us a chance to meditate on displacement, motherhood, and the meaning of achievement with no recognition.
